An amazing taste experience for your palate, the tiny citrus kumquat fruit is tart on the inside and have a sweet finish with the peel. Unlike most other citrus fruits - you eat kumquats whole, peel and all!

When we tried them for the first time a couple of years ago, we were struck speechless and had to create a recipe to use them in a jam.

Our Kumquat & Fennel jam features candied kumquats with a hint of fennel. The tiny kumquats have a lovely, tangy flavor followed by a sweet hint of licorice from the fennel.
