Tangerine with Rosemary and Sage Honey

This spring we picked up the sweetest, most delicate tangerines from one of our favorite farmers.

We decided to add a little spring rosemary and some delicate sage honey to these perfect fruits for a jam that will bring you a little taste of spring in every bite.

Each jar is filled with bites of candied tangerine peel and has the scent of honeysuckle.

This jam is a wonderful sweet treat for scones or an afternoon snack. It makes a wonderful birthday or wedding shower gift.
